STRATEGIC PLANNING AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

TLG assists organizations with Strategic Planning, including both short- and long- term goal setting. TLG develops strategic plans that allow clients to effectively plan. TLG also has extensive experience in helping clients with selecting, sustaining, and training Boards. TLG provides workshops and retreats for Boards on a variety of topics meant to strengthen the organization.  TLG also helps clients to develop bylaws and policies/procedures for optimal Board development.
