ABOUT US

Dr. Constance A. Lindsay is the President of The Lindsay Group, LLC. Dr. Lindsay has worked in social policy at the federal, state, and local levels and is trained as a quantitative social science researcher.  Dr. Lindsay leads the firm’s evaluation practice.  Dr. Lindsay has published several peer-reviewed articles, and has been featured on both local and national radio programs.  Dr. Lindsay has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Duke, and Master’s degree in Public Policy from Georgetown, and Doctoral degree in Human Development and Social Policy from Northwestern with a focus on education policy.  She is also a What Works Clearinghouse reviewer, and professor.

Alexander M. Wilson is an analyst with the firm. Mr. Wilson is a graduate of Hampton University, Hampton, Virginia with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.  Mr. Wilson assists the firm with marketing, business development, research and proposal writing.

TLG was founded by James R. Lindsay and Marie Wilson-Lindsay in 1995.
